What we have:
The datasets for reporting has a lot of awesome features, but my favorite (and IMO the most useful) is that makes it possible to “join” different type of objects on multiple properties to create lists with the only data you really need, not with whole objects (almost like a relational database’s select).
The problem:
- These datasets are available only to generate reports.
- We can’t do such data aggregation and filtering this detailed anywhere else in HubSpot
The idea:
I could really use dataset integrations all across HubSpot.
Some use cases I was thinking of:
- create lists, when a dataset contains contact email addresses
- filter enrollment triggers in workflows, when a value in a dataset column matches the value of the enrolled object’s selected property
