Problem
We use the “Internal Notes” property of meetings to capture meeting minutes (which we share with the team via a workflow when the meeting moves to “completed”).
Unfortunately, we found that these internal notes are not indexed for the HubSpot global search, so we don’t find relevant meeting minutes through search. Only meeting title and description are considered here. This hurts us a lot.
Solution
We would like to be able to (optionally) enable internal notes for inclusion in global search.
Or, alternatively, since custom properties for meetings are currently in beta, it would work for us if we could enable custom properties for inclusion, like we can do it for custom properties on other records already. Unfortunately, the beta doesn’t seem to allow that for meeting properties yet.
Workaround
We figured out (thanks to HubSpot support) that with the new Meetings index page, we can search for internal notes with an advanced filter on the index page. It’s not a convenient as having this in the global search, but it’s much better than not being able to search at all…
