First of all, thank you for introducing the ability to create and save Drag and Drop templates.
Could you also please introduce the ability to ‘hide’ specific templates like you have done for the custom template section.
We want to ensure our internal teams start with the corporate templates and would like to hide the HubSpot ‘default’ offerings.
This would really help us in creating clarity with our marketing team.
Can we please have this functionality? Our brand’s integrity is incredibly important and there’s too much variability in the existing drag and drop options. Our users are cloning our branded templates into drag and drop and are accidentality changing the intended design.
Just ran into this as we are doing a rebrand - now we have folks trying to use the new branded assets before they are finalized, simply because they can see our material in development. Although we’ve communicated not to use, still having problems. Would be such an advantage to be able to hide or set view permissions to certain teams. Please do add this option! Thanks so much!
Absolutely necessary to have a way to organize templates or hide old templates
+1 for customer request
we definitely need this on our team!
Yes, I completely agree—this would be an incredibly valuable enhancement. Having the ability to hide or archive templates and sequences would allow us to better manage our workspace without losing access to historical performance data. Additionally, it would be ideal if archived templates and sequences did not count toward our usage limits. Thank you!
This would be really handy so I can archive/hide any email templates using old branding. I don’t want to delete them as they may still be useful as a reference point.
It is beyond my understanding to see that the “World’s Leading CRM” does not, in any way, offer theme or asset management on par with modern, competing and often free / low-cost solutions.
Massive L for HubSpot. You should have gotten on this ages ago.
