What is the best way to get data from external website into Hubspot. It would be both contact and company data.

Can you export the data to a CSV files?

Then you can import the data into HubSpot and create a Contact and a Company, with an association between the two.

In your case you would want to Import one file with multiple object types – the objects being Contact and Company.

Does that work for you?

p.s. the error report is your friend – don’t panic if you see errors at the end of an import… the errors are usually easy to fix

Thanks for your answer. In fact we want to set it up in realtime, so I suppose it should be through the Hubspot API.
