Imessage integration within hs

how can i integrate imessage with hubspot, please tell

Hi @ENadeem,

There is no native support for a direct iMessage integration; Apple does not provide a public API for iMessage.

If you’re looking for workarounds, you could:

  1. Use HubSpot’s SMS features or a third-party integration for text messaging
  2. Look into Apple Messages for Business and build a custom integration with HubSpot based on the Conversations API

Best regards

can i then integrate whatsapp and track sends and delivered or opened there??
can i send unlimited messages on whatsapp to a contact if i enable that???

@ENadeem yes you can integrate WhatsApp but that does not cover iMessage: Connect a WhatsApp channel to the conversations inbox

No, there are subscription limits for using the WhatsApp integration.

Alternatively, on the HubSpot app marketplace there are integration providers with their own limits / pricing.

what if i connect a whatsapp channel

@ENadeem could you please be a bit more specific in your questions?

If you connect a WhatsApp channel, “messages sent to your WhatsApp phone number will create a new thread in the inbox.”

i am just unable to understand that after integrating whatsapp why will i not be able to send unlimited msges to client?

@ENadeem you would have to ask the HubSpot pricing team, I wouldn’t know. https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog

WhatsApp Message Limit Increase
  • $70 per month
  • Increase your account’s WhatsApp message limit by 1,000 messages per month. Purchase multiple limit increase packs for more volume. Unused WhatsApp messages don’t roll over into the following month. Each WhatsApp message (previously provided as a “WhatsApp conversation”) counts toward your consumption, and after the 1,000 free messages limit, you will be charged on a per WhatsApp message basis. Once you reach your consumption limit, Marketing Hub and Service Hub Professional or Enterprise customers can purchase a limit increase, and Starter customers may elect to upgrade to a higher edition. For WhatsApp purchases, you may see “conversations” referenced on your prior order form. From July 1, 2025 onward, “WhatsApp conversation” will mean “WhatsApp message.” Learn more about WhatsApp pricing here.

Available as a limit increase to the Professional or Enterprise edition of Marketing Hub or Service Hub
