IMAP authentication error (exmail.qq.com)

When I connect via IMAP, an error message appears. However, we can connect to other services via IMAP, such as Foxmail. We’ve ensured the port is correct.

It shows:

IMAP authentication error
HubSpot cannot validate the connection with the corresponding IMAP server on the given port.

Incoming Mail (IMAP)
Server: imap.qq.com
Port: 993
