Hello, I am in the middle of doing the Marketing Software Certificate (Don’t know if this is the right translation as I am doing it in German) but I cannot do the practical tasks. It says I have to get access to “Marketing” and ask my administrator for it. BUT: I do have access to “Marketing” with the same account and log-in. What can I do to access?
@JanaA if you have access to Marketing, but can’t complete the practical exercises, it is likely you don’t have a Marketing Pro subscription. Starting a trial would allow you to complete the exercises. The trial is for 14 days and can’t be done more than once, so you might need to review with your Super Admin if it’s ok to access the trial for the certification.
If you do have Marketing Pro, then it might be something wrong that the HubSpot team will have to look into.
