ISSUE: I edited the event date and time and published the page, but the counter is not working. It’s been over an hour and the site shows my text changes above the counter, but the counter still doesn’t work.

Problem is fixed. Some of the HS modules do not update when you hit publish like simple text changes. You have to wait, sometimes til the next day to see your changes.
Try using the cachebuster part of this extension for chrome…
Waiting a day to see changes is unrealistic.
