Can I use the file feature on HubSpot's free plan?

I’m having trouble because I can’t find “Files” either by searching for it in the search bar at the top left or within the content itself.

I understand that the Files feature is available on the free plan, but could this possibly be a temporary error?

I can confirm that the Files tool is available with HubSpot’s free tools. You can access it directly from Content > Files. The free tools support files up to 20 MB each.

Welcome to the Community @awaga! With navigation changes rolling out, it’s possible that it was removed from the navigation configuration, not the entire portal.

Here’s where it should show up: More >> Content >> Files

If More is not present in your account, it should appear directly at: Content >> Files

However, some portals appear to have a navigation/UI inconsistency where Files is absent from both the menu and global navigation search, even though the file manager itself remains available. I found another HubSpot Community post reporting the same behavior here.

You can also use the website address to find it. Using your HubSpot portal ID, type in https://app.hubspot.com/files/YOUR_PORTAL_ID/ to find it.
