スプレッドシートの更新をトリガーに取引プロパティを更新したいです。
特定のスプレッドシートを用意し、値が更新されたことをトリガーに取引プロパティの特定の値を入れたり、削除したり、等の挙動をしたいのですがやり方あるでしょうか。
Zapier連携しているのでそれで実現できそうではあるものの、やり方については分からずご存知の方いらっしゃったら教えて下さい。
Zapierを使えば間違いなく実現できます。フローは以下のようになります：
トリガー: トリガーアプリとしてGoogleスプレッドシートを設定します。イベントは「新しいまたは更新されたスプレッドシートの行」（より正確にしたい場合は「更新されたセル」）を選択します。
アクション: アクションアプリとしてHubSpotを追加します。イベントは「取引を更新（Update Deal）」を選択します。
マッピング: Zapの設定画面で、スプレッドシートのフィールド（例：特定のセル/列の更新値）を、更新したいHubSpotの取引プロパティに対応付けます。
ロジック: 条件付きの動作（例：あるときは更新、あるときはプロパティをクリアしたい）を設定する場合、Zapierの「フィルター」または「パス」ステップを挟むことができます。たとえば：
- セルの値 = X → HubSpotの取引プロパティをXで更新
- セルの値が空欄 → HubSpotのプロパティをクリア
こうすることで、スプレッドシートが更新されるたびに、Zapierが自動的に対応するHubSpotの取引に変更を反映してくれます。
さらに複雑なルールを管理する必要がある場合は、複数のZapを使ったり、Zapierの「Formatter」ステップを追加して、HubSpotに送信する前にデータを変換することも検討できます。

You can definitely achieve this with Zapier. The flow would look something like this:

Trigger: Set Google Sheets as the trigger app. Choose the event “New or Updated Spreadsheet Row” (or “Updated Cell” if you want more precision).

Action: Add HubSpot as the action app. Select “Update Deal” as the event.

Mapping: In the Zap setup, map the spreadsheet fields (e.g., the updated value in a certain cell/column) to the corresponding HubSpot deal property you want to update.

Logic: If you need conditional behavior (e.g., sometimes update, sometimes clear a property), you can insert a “Filter” or “Path” step in Zapier. For example:
- If cell value = X → Update deal property with X.
- If cell value is blank → Clear the property in HubSpot.
This way, every time the spreadsheet is updated, Zapier will push the changes to the corresponding deal in HubSpot automatically.
If you need to manage more complex rules, you might want to look into using multiple Zaps or adding a step with Zapier’s “Formatter” to transform the data before sending it into HubSpot.
