Hi,
You’re right — mobile responsiveness is critical for user experience. We’ve faced similar issues before and had to make several adjustments to ensure our telecom registration platform was mobile-friendly.
For reference, we recently updated our DITO SIM registration guide to improve accessibility and layout on smaller screens. It includes various registration methods and now provides a better mobile experience.
You might want to review the CSS breakpoints or test with tools like Chrome DevTools to simulate different mobile devices and fine-tune the layout accordingly.v
Hope that helps!
Good point
Mobile responsiveness really matters these days—most users browse from phones, so even small layout issues can affect readability and engagement.
It would be great if the design could be adjusted to better fit smaller screens and improve the overall mobile experience.
