Hubspot Removed My Data

Hi there,

I am using the free CRM for hubspot and, admittedly, I haven’t logged into it in a while. I just logged in, though, and I found that hubspot has purged/removed all of my account & contact data. Is there any way to get hubspot support involved to get my data back? Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @Coleberry,

Yes, free accounts will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. You can requested the recovery of your deactivated account via a form at the end of this page: Recover your inactive HubSpot account
