HubSpot missing in Google Ads Managers

I did everything as in the instructions on the link - Connect your Google Ads account to HubSpot
But when I connected my account, I did not have a window to fill in information about the time zone, currency, email and company name, also after that a form for filling out payment information should have appeared, I must say right away, I did not have an advertising cabinet in Google Ads before, several colleagues worked through HubSpot, and everything, everything worked fine, a window with a fill-in form used to appear, but, as I was told yesterday, something has changed, support in HubSpot itself cannot help, they simply do not have information related to Google Ads. Instead, I was offered to create Google Ads myself, I thought, okay, I will, I created a regular advertising cabinet, connected it to HubSpot, but the problem is that HubSpot is not displayed in Google Ads “Managers”
It should be like my colleague’s -

Were you able to successfully connect your Google Ads Account to HubSpot? Does your Ads Account indicate that it’s connected to your HubSpot account?

You should see a green dot in your Ads Setting if so. If your Google Ads Account doesn’t indicate that it’s connected within HubSpot I would recommend going through the steps in this troubleshooting article.
