The National Association of Tax Professionals is seeking a HubSpot Coordinator to provide overall administration of HubSpot, using technical expertise and drive for excellence to solve problems, improve processes and ensure we are maximizing HubSpot’s potential. It’s a rewarding time to join NATP as we integrate HubSpot to accelerate our marketing, sales, and customer service capabilities and enable our success. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Member Services, Analytics, Marketing, and IT to ensure that HubSpot is fully optimized to support our organizational goals related to growth, engagement, and data governance. This role would suit an experienced HubSpot coordinator who is looking for an opportunity to grow their career and immerse themselves in our association to become a pivotal part of the team.

With hands-on experience administering HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, I’ve managed workflows, pipelines, tickets, campaigns, and reporting for U.S.-based businesses optimizing CRM processes, improving lead conversions, and ensuring data governance. My background as a software developer adds technical expertise for integrations and scalable solutions. I thrive in cross-functional collaboration and would love to help NATP maximize HubSpot to accelerate growth, engagement, and member success.
