Hello. We are new to setting up Hubspot and NetSuite data sync market place app.
We were able to set up one way sync from Hubspot to NetSuite for both Company and Contact. What I’m struggling with is, I am not able to bring over Hubspot Customer ID to NetSuite custom field. Is this blocked feature when setting up Field Mapping?
Also… where else can I find specific post regarding this market place app?

Just talked to our team and we’re indeed not exposing HubSpot ID (or other app ID’s) anymore. It’s a known limitation that should one day be fixed.
In the meantime, there’s a handy workaround that you could use, but it will require access to HubSpot Workflows. You can use a HubSpot workflow to copy the HubSpot ID into a custom text field. This custom text field can then be synced using the field mappings.

If we look at the marketplace documentation for the netsuite integration app, under “individual customers to contacts mapping”, “Customer ID” is a field that is only available with custom field mappings (this requires operations hub starter plan or higher)
