I have a client wanting to integrate HS and Netsuite, but they use custom objects in Netsuite. Can any of the integrations handle this and if so, how would that work? Never dealt with an integration between these two systems when custom objects were involved on the Netsuite side.
They are wanting to sync deal property info and associate company fields to Netsuite.
Also, what would Netsuite use as the unique identifier?

Hi @MiaSrebrnjak thanks for tagging us here. Within my organisation, we have a customisation in NetSuite that has seperate tables for leads, prospects, customers. But the NetSuite integration by HubSpot only supports creating contacts in Customer table. So the solution for us to create a workflow in NetSuite to change the contacts created by the integration to change the status back to lead. New contacts coming into NetSuite from HubSpot are always Leads for us.
Maybe you can use a solution similar to mine to tacle this. The associations can be seen in field mapping section within your integration.
