HubSpot Accessibility

Good afternoon, I purchased HubSpot in hopes it was useable with a screen reader. I need to know if there is a trick to using the keyboard commands (what there is of them) for HubSpot. My organization is 100% visually impaired and it is very difficult to navigate HubSpot with a screen reader. This limits our capabilities as an organization. Any advice to assist would be greatful.

Thank you

Hi @MRBailey,

Unfortunately, as of now, there is no way to use HubSpot with keyboard shortcuts only. I’m a shortcuts person and there are only few areas where a mouse is not required to interact with the user face. For example, in the import section of HubSpot, steps can be progressed by hitting enter. Also, the new overhauled index pages (for contacts, companies, deals, tickets etc) now seem to support shortcuts like Ctrl + S to save a filtered view, Ctrl + Shift + X to export - but it currently ends there and you would have to flip through UI elements with the tab button or use the mouse again.

I think the best course of action is to reach out to the email address linked here and request a reply from HubSpot regarding accessibility in the web app. There don’t seem to be any public facing assets: Website Accessibility Statement

Best regards!
