I want to create an email template that I manually trigger to a single or select group of users. I want to do this multiple times.
The use case is I’m in closed beta, and as leads come in, I manually choose who I send a test code to use our app.
Ideally I would edit the message to include a personal link to each instance, and then select the user to send to, and send the prexisting template with content and visual layout.
Whats the best way to do this?

This would be most easily achieved with a sales template, I would say: Create and send message templates

Thats great! is there any way I can make the sender a custom email? something like support@... instead of having my own user be the sender?
Again I’m not using it commercially / sales, its more of a b2c product

@AMalagarriga sure, in the settings tab of the email editor, you can specify your from address.
sorry not sure I’m finding that,
I’ve tried on the sender (in the use case of this ticket) but can’t change it there. I can’t find a gneral configuration mode either.
I did manage to do it in mass marketing emails, but not in these.

thankd for your help. I want the sender of a template email you suggested to be set as support@…com, and not as my user. As I mentioned, even if that seems to be a crm / sales feature, all that I’m doing is addressed more to a consumer product. So having the sender be a generic address is important.
I can make it work form campaign and automated emails, but not here. How can I do it here? as seen in the image
