How to import created date

I have imported some set of contacts to the Hubspot . Once It is imported, the created date follows the current date. But the file that I have imported has created date that hasn’t come up in hubspot. Is there a way we can achieve this?

Hi @SRajasekar,

Unfortunately not. The Create date in HubSpot cannot be edited, as far know. It documents the creation of the record in HubSpot. See also here: HubSpot's default contact properties

If you want to document another type of create date, you would have to create a custom date property.

This really is a shame. Not retaining the correct creation date is a real loss.
