Recently, I had trouble with the re-enrollment trigger as the below image described. How will those conditions be triggered automatically?
Hi @HDang9,
For your first screenshot, the “Entradex ekyc error message is known” (checked) means that HubSpot will trigger re-enrollment when the value in “Entradex ekyc error message” changes AND is equal to any of VERIFIED or KYC_SUBMITTED. That’s why re-enrollment is needed for the VERIFIED / KYC_SUBMITTED criterion.
Regarding your second screenshot and the email address, equally, you would have to add “EntradeX Email is known” as an additional re-enrollment trigger. HubSpot will then trigger re-enrollment when the value in that field changes and check whether all enrollment criteria still hold true.
Best regards
Hi @karstenkoehler ,
I don’t get your point in both 2 cases. In the 1st image, “VERIFIED / KYC_SUBMITTED” is the value of another property - contact status, not the value of “Entradex ekyc error message”. Also, there’s still a condition that those contacts whose emails have to contain any of “huyendang.edu” as well. Similarly, in the 2nd case, I don’t want to add “EntradeX Email is known” while still needing to specify minor condition as email has to equal a specific value, it’s redundant.
Hi @HDang9,
My apologies, I misread, yes, it would have to be “EntradeX status is known”. In any case, if you’re seeing that something cannot be used as a re-enrollment trigger, add “is known” for the same property and enable re-enrollment for it.

HubSpot will always check all enrollment criteria, not just the one that’s triggering the re-enrollment.

Well, yes, it is, but that’s the simplest way to accomplish what you want to accomplish. I didn’t develop HubSpot enrollment criteria, I’m just telling you how they work.
