How do I send emails from a Google group alias

I’m trying to set up our first email campaign, and would ideally like it to come from info@companyname.com.

That email address is currently set up as a google group, so i’m not quite sure if it’s possible to do that. Is there a way to do that and to have all tracking work as well?

Hi @MSun

You can add a HubSpot User using the Google Group. However, you may find it creates a lot of emails.

So, what we typically recommend is create an actual email address, in Gmail, then set up a Conversation Inbox in HubSpot for that email address.

You and your team can then use the Conversation Inbox to manage the incoming emails and reduce the number of emails in your inbox.

Hi, first you have to properly setup the business email before working on the email campaign. As we did mistake of not setting business email for city x ray vikaspuri. And launched email campaign. After that you could customize the campaign. No issue if you are using the email for Google Group. You could use that email here.
