I connected my Google group email but it is now linked so hubspot sends emails to my google workspace group…but I need it where google groups is forwarding mail INTO hubspot.
What did I do wrong?

Hello @Maggie3, how did you connect your google groups to HubSpot? Personal or shared inbox?
To connect a Google Groups account or a hosted email account as a team/shared email, you need to select Other mail account and not Gmail.
You can then follow these steps:
Forward emails to a hosted email address in the conversations inbox
You cannot connect directly to the address but you’ll be able to forward the incoming emails.

I did the shared email 
and through the other mail account.
I tried signing up through the other email but it reversed the forwarding
process… where hubspot was forwarding to the group email when I wanted
the group email sent to hubspot.
I ended up deleting the group email all together with its members and
reused the email address as a “user”.
