I new to hubspot, coming to the point we have a scenario that customer need to create a ticket from his end and if he wanted to attach any files/images then he will be able to attach it.
Also he can able to select the type of issue(ex:- a drop down option), so once the ticket is created then it will route/assign to the correct queue/right support team.
Once you have this property (= file upload field), you can go ahead and create your ticket form following these steps: Create forms (legacy) During the form creation process, you’ll have the option to choose from templates and this is where I’d recommend you pick a ticket template.
Finally, you’d make sure this form is connected to the conversations inbox: Connect channels to the conversations inbox This step is necessary for the form to automatically create tickets.
Let me know if you get stuck at a specific point, will happily help.
