I’m struggling to get my HubSpot forms to properly work with WebFlow. The integration is set up, but any forms that have a drop-down cause the form to pass leads as a non-hubspot form, disrupting the workflow processes.
Probably even more problematic, is setting up the hidden UTM fields on the HubSpot form in WebFlow. I am not a web developer, and the one I work with is more of a designer, so getting the HubSpot hidden fields mapped to WebFlow fields/values is proving to be complicated.

I understand that you are using the “Webflow” integration and you’d like to be able to use dropdown fields and to map hidden fields from HubSpot to Webflow. Please let me know if that’s not the case.

Just to confirm, on the forms where you have no dropdowns everything works fine?
I’d probably check that mapping is all correct on the Webflow side and if that is done and all integration is set-up correctly maybe reach out to their support team?
