Hi @emileecrocker ,
-
Choose Option 1 (HubSpot Form Embed) if:
- You prioritize HubSpot’s form functionalities (e.g., progressive profiling or advanced logic).
- Styling consistency with Webflow is less critical or manageable with custom CSS.
- You want to avoid using third-party tools for integration.
-
Choose Option 2 (Mapping Webflow Form) if:
- Design and aesthetics are your priority.
- You’re comfortable using third-party tools or scripts to handle the integration.
- Your forms are simple, and you don’t need advanced HubSpot features.
Recommendations:
- If you’re unsure or need flexibility, you can experiment with both approaches on a test page to evaluate which aligns best with your needs.
- Make sure you’ve installed HubSpot’s tracking code on your Webflow site regardless of the method to ensure analytics and lead tracking work seamlessly.

@emileecrocker it’s recommended to replace your webflow forms with HubSpot. To do that you can create the same fields/properties in HubSpot and then embed HubSpot form instead of a Webflow form.
You can still use Webflow forms (HubSpot will identify them after any form submission if you connect your website to HubSpot). However, HubSpot forms are usually better because you have better analytics, opportunities to trigger workflows, filter lists, and more.
