I recently completed both the Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing certification courses, including all exams — well over the minimum requirements. However, on both courses, the final screen has been showing “Hang tight while your certificate loads.” for several hours now, and the certificates haven’t appeared.
Could you please look into this issue or let me know if there’s anything I need to do on my end?
