Heatmap or Colour Coded Deals

It would be great to be able to apply a heatmap on the Deals in list view depending on different parameters as a bit of a traffic light system.

Immediately the use case is the last activity on the deal. Those that are inactive for example 7 days without any action are red and those that have been addressed within the last day would be green (or blue if you want a hot-cold system).

This makes it easy to see deals that are needing to be nurtured.

Yes, you can sort by these parameters, but it could be worthwhile having this visual cue.

This would suit sales reps and managers where their goal is to keep on top of communication frequency. This would definitely save time and seeing colours change from red to green would be a great visual cue that appropriate work is being done.

This feature would be similar to conditional formatting in a spreadsheet where there is a colour scale on a data set.

Agreed here. The alternative is to use Datasets in Operations Hub to calculate DATEDIFF values based on last activity date - today - next activity date, etc. You can then report on these “values” and use a custom color pallette to group the results in a traffic light/heatmap visual. Takes a little work for a seemingly intuitive output but its a viable workaround.
