Hi! Anyone knows a way to enroll a contact in an advanced WF stage? (not from the beginning)

Thanks for sharing your question in the Community.

Since there’s one set of enrollment criteria for the overall workflow, you won’t be able to enroll a contact from a certain action(stage). My recommendation is…

  1. Create separate workflows
  2. Create one workflow by using multiple if/then branches to determine that objects’ route in the workflow

Hey Ricardo,

You can manually enroll contacts one at a time from your contact list, or create a new list with a batch of contacts that you want to enroll and add that list to the enrollment criteria for the workflow.

From there, you can add a “go to other action” block right after the enrollment step that will take those new contacts into whatever step you want in your workflow (skipping over other steps). I use this newer workflow tool to simplify my more elaborate workflows.

Joe, it works! Nice solution! It would be perfecto to have the “stage enrollment” option from the contact or list, but this solution es perfect!
