I’m just trying to set up the gravity forms <> HubSpot integration and really struggling with the custom fields. Many posts just talk about selecting the right field type but my challenge is I can’t even find the option to add a custom field in the wordpress plugin to select.
For example, take the company field. The only option I see in the wordpress backend is to select the Gravity forms field “Organisation” and when I select that, save and submit a form, I get the error in HubSpot.
Now of course “Organisation” isn’t a contact property but where in the world can I map it in the wordpress backend? I really cannot see the other options everyone seems to be talking about. 
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

It sounds like the issue might be with how the Gravity Forms fields are mapped to HubSpot properties. In the WordPress backend, custom fields may not appear by default, you might need to create matching custom properties in HubSpot first manually.
After that, check if the integration settings allow you to map them correctly. If “Organisation” isn’t recognized as a contact property, try checking for any spelling errors or mapping it to a custom company property.

Where do I map the Hubspot field to the associated Gravity form field? I’ve tried editing the gravity form field admin label to match the hubspot internal ID but still not matching the data when I test a form submission.
I don’t have access to the wordpress backend anymore but the fix was to use the HubSpot feed with the HubSpot sprocket logo which pulls in all the default and custom hubspot properties. There’s another feed with a cloud icon that doesn’t pull in any fields. Hope this helps!
