Hi team,
Two questions about Gravity form (monetary form) and HubSpot.
Question 1:
I am struggling when I am mapping the Gravity form fields to HubSpot.
In this case, it’s not an eCommerce website, and we are using Gravity Forms to get donations via Stripe (credit cards) and Poli (bank transfer).
The values are not coming from Gravity forms to HubSpot directly, especially the $ amount - it’s set up as currency in HubSpot, but for some reason, I am having a problem where I can’t see the amount in the property, only in the submission. It is captured from the submission but not recorded on the property.
Question 2:
The other thing is, I need to bring the payment status from gravity forms to HubSpot. How can I do that?
I looked into Zapier, but couldn’t progress with the status property from Gravity forms.

Thank you fam

Hi @BrunaKeller
It looks to me like the Gravity Form Field “Cash Donation Other Amount” is formatted as text, rather than as a number, and HubSpot will only accept a number in a number field, even if the output is formatted as currency. It would be helpful to see the specific settings for that property.
With respoect to Payment Method, can you show me the details of the HubSpot Property “Payment Method” on your end? It seems like there may be a mis-alignment between the available options in the two systems, and it could be as simple as a leading or trailing space somewhere.+
Trevor, this is amazing. I’ve updated the property to number in Gravity forms but I choose currency - hopefully, this is ok, and it will pick it up in HubSpot. I am testing it now.
I’ve attached the payment method HB property.
The problem with your Payment method is that the Internal Value doesn’t match what you have on the Gravity Form. I would suggest adding an option to the HubSpot dropdown with Credit Card (via Stripe) in the Internal Value, or changing your gravity form to just say Credit Card. Either should work.
