Gmail Integrations Not Working

Please help! My hubspot plugin for Gmail (for adding templates etc) sporadically doesn’t connect and throws an error code. It also sometimes emails me that Hubspot is not connected when it is, and I also get notifications that Zapier isn’t working properly.

Is there a fix for this?

There could be different issues that might affect Gmail integration and tracking. Can you share the exact error code/name for the resolution?

Check these quick fixes:

  • Reconnect Sales Extension on Google: Disable HubSpot access on your Google account, Google Account >> Settings >> Security >> third-party access >> remove HubSpot Sales extension access >> Reinstall Sales extension on Google and give permissions again.
  • Reconnect Email: In your HubSpot settings, disconnect the connected email, make sure you switch off the inbox automation first, then reconnect the personal inbox. Follow these for Gmail.
  • Sign in again: Maybe the HubSpot account that you’re signed into in the browser is different from the sales extension; you can sign in again, just to be sure.
