3. Lifecycle Stages - Use contact and company lifecycle stages

This will be a key property to add to the database before import as it will enable better lists

4. Cleaning the database - How to Clean Up Your HubSpot CRM Data

5. Creating custom properties - Create and edit properties

These can be added if you have specific properties in your existing database that are not already in Hubspot
