Get specific Tickets by a filter condition

For the endpoint “[GET] /crm/v3/objects/tickets/”, is there a way to send a query parameter to add conditions to filter, so the response will only return the matching tickets?

for example, i want to return only tickets with the “hs_pipeline_stage = 2 OR 3”, and also filter by a custom label property that i created called “send_to_petscreening = yes”
