We set up a form in our Hubspot and chose an email for this to go to. We now want the submissions to go into a different inbox. Is this possible? I’ve searched YouTube and Google and can’t figure this out,
The form submissions are not tied to a specific email forever. If you click on the Form Options there is an option to send form submissions to a specific email address. All you need to do is update that field. Or for more complex submissions you would need to upgrade to professional or enterprise to get access to more complex actions utilizing workflows.
