Form submission notifications to another email

Hi,

I want to send my form submission notifications to an email address that is different from my Hubspot user email (I like have account notifications from Hubspot and messages from customers via forms seperated into two different email inboxes).

Is the only way to do this to create another Hubspot user with my “customer email address”? Can I maybe add my “customer email address” as a secondary user email, which I can choose to receive form notifications?

Hi @KMagin,

Correct. That’s the easiest and fastest way to solve this.

The only exception would be a Marketing Hub Professional subscription where you can use the “Send internal marketing email” workflow action to notify contacts who aren’t users.

Best regards!

Hi Karsten,

Can you explain how you would get the form submission details into that email if you were using the ‘internal marketing email’ option? From what I can see you can only send an email to tell that person a form submission has been made, not to send the details of the person who has submitted the form. Is that correct? If it is then this solution doesn’t quite fit as a substitute for email notifications. If it IS possible to provide the form details in that email please can you provide a how to?

thanks!
