I would like to be able to turn on the toggle for people who have a view only account to be able to view any forms that are submitted. Right now, they can’t see them at all.
It’s weird for such a complex tool to have a single toggle switch for permissions.
Admins should at least be able to provide specific access to specific users since not all the creates the forms needs to see the submissions, and vise versa, with emphasis on the later.
For example, sales has nothing to do with the form creation but they definately need to see and check the submissions from the contacts they nurture.
I know that there should be a version of this on the actual contact page/profile however that only shows the updated fields. We still like to see the entirety of their form submissions which can only be viewed on the form’s details page that they don’t have access to right now.
Why can’t people with view-only access see the form information? They’re not trying to edit it, so why can’t they just view it? It’s so weird!

I just discovered this today when we were migrated, of all the functions, view only seats can see, they can’t see forms, like what, they can look at campaigns, data enrichment, leads, segments, but how dare my team want to look at form submissions and numbers, we had to make a stupid report…they could see that fine, silly, absolutley silly!
Please fix this. It makes no sense blocking view-only seats from viewing form submissions.
Just a basic need - we need it to. Can’t understand why, as it doesn’t make sense.
