Form submission notifications

Hi,

I have form email notifications turned on and their are 3 people that are all users that should be getting these notifications. Only 1 person of the 3 is getting the notifications and the other 2 are not getting notifications. We have checked their spam folder also and no messages from Hubspot. Has anybody had this issue?
