Is there a way to configure Hubspot forms to remove a field once a selected number of people have filled out that field?
For example, we are wanting to do a sign-up for an event that has limited capacity for different time slots. Is there a way that a time slot can be removed or strike-out if the option has hit capacity?

This is currently not possible but highly requested by a lot of other users: Limit form submission to a certain number
I’d recommend upvoting. The product team is already reviewing this request.
For the interim, I can suggest two workarounds. For a manual option, simply create a list for all contacts who submitted the form, bookmark that list and check it regularly. For any automated solution, you’d have to look into third-party ticketing tools on the HubSpot App Marketplace.

Unfortunately not possible in HubSpot form as of now, I guess you have to keep a tab manually by creating a list, and once the list reaches to its number, remove the field from the form.
