Form NAME field displays E-Mail

Good afternoon!
We need to make an adjustment in the CONTACT NAME field. Where the NAME should be displayed, the e-mail is displayed. The form was developed in Elementor. Could you help me with this request, please?

Usually when a Contact List in HubSpot shows the Email Address in the Name Column it’s because the First Name and/or Last name is missing.

I would check the mapping of the Name Fields from Elementor to HubSpot.
