I tried to integrate a simple form to my website, but for some reason the form doesnt load until i refresh the page. In developer mode i get the code: 488.

I’d like to ask clarifying questions so that we can help you the best we can:
1. Is it a HubSpot form or an external form?
2. Is the website hosted in HubSpot or hosted externally?
3. The form doesn’t appear on the website at first. Or is there the form appearing and we cannot submit?
4. Which type of form is it? A popup form or an integrated form?
5. Where can we see the form? Could you please share the link of the website where the form is?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.

thanks for your quick reply. To answer your questions:
1. It is a very easy Hubspot form which asks for contact information and a message.
2. The webiste it hosted externally. We work with Wordpress and Semplice as cms systems. Semplice does support external code and plugins.
3. There is just empty space ( see screenshot).

So i also contacted the costumer support from Semplice. Apparently the frontend mode “single page app” is a seamless site experience, third-party scripts won’t trigger it twice, so i needed to decide, use SPA but refresh the page every time having page transitions or choose “Static” mode without transitions. My integration loaded right a way, once I set the frontend mode from “single page app” to “static”.
