Form Creation using features in Horizonal pattern

Hi,

I tried customising Forms in HubSpot CRM but found the features and functions are very limited.

I was checking for the feature of using Scale such as

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 in horizonal manner but could not find that option.

Using Scale in vertical manner from 1-10 does not look professional and consumes lot of space such as

Hi @KAM2024

That kind of field isnt natively availabe in HubSpot forms. There are two ways you could achieve it:

1. It should be possible to override how that field is displayed using front-end javascript

Failing that:

2. You can use a custom HTML form instead and submit the results to HubSpot via the Submit Form API end point - this is more work but gives you ultimate control.

hi @KAM2024 I think i’d have to agree with @Phil_Vallender ! There are no out of the box solutions for horizontal radio buttons.

Looking into working it with CSS might be worth a try but don’t know how good it would look.

So a custom HTML form connected to HS through API is the way.

Hi,

I am not familair with CSS, HTML form and API for extenal development and integration.

Need, solution within HUbSpot CRM as this is the basic feature of horizonal radio button.
