Hey all,

Is there anyone that can advise me about sending follow up mails in Hubspot? We have 12 lists of customers that we want to reach (each month, different customers). After sending the mail, I want to send a follow up mail to the customers that did not open the mail or did not respond to the mail. Is this possible by any chance? And if yes, how?

Hey @EAsta

yes you can do this either with a Workflow automation or with sequences.

If you are using workflows you can add and if/then route if they don’t open the email to be sent a 2nd email and so on.
