Fill a form through another form

We are using a tool integration with Hubspot for webinars that only takes Hubspot forms as trigger to register contact to their plateform. However, I am using LeadGen Form on Linkedin that are not integrated with the webinar tool. I was wondering if somehow I could create a workflow (or another workaround) that says: “when a “X” form is filled, than automatically submit a “Y” form with the same data” ?

Using Zapier (or similar tool) is to be avoid.

It will be a huge help. thanks a lot !

Hi there is this LinkedIn form an ad form? If so, you’ll need to just integrate your LinkedIn ad account with HubSpot to map the values over to HubSpot properties which will save all form submitted data from LinkedIn into HubSpot.

Here’s a resource: Sync leads from your lead ad forms to HubSpot

If its not an ad form, you could look into an additionally IPAAS system like Zapier or Make to pull the data from LinkedIn into HubSpot :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi,

the thing is I need to find a way without using zapier.

I already have the intergation between hubspot and linkedin going, this part is working well. Once the contact is on hubspot, i need him to fill a hubspot form without asking him to fill it. That’s the only way the webinar too will pick it up.

What platform do you use for your webinar? And what is the second HubSpot form intended to do?

It’s WebinarGeek. the second form will trigger the intergation with webinargeek and add the contact in the plateform.

the leadGen form from linkedin can’t be connected to webinargeek

Ah, so would the form fields for the second form be exactly the same as the lead gen? and the purpose of this is to trigger a workflow?

if so, rather than a form, you can use the “original source” property and “original source drill down” properties as triggers instead.

Basically trigger = if original source is LinkedIn Ad, enroll in workflow.

Hopefully I’m going in the right direction!

Unfortunately hubspot Workflows are not integrated in Webinargeek - otherwise it would be indeed the solution.

The only way if for people to fill a hubspot form. (not a leadgen form)

Ah sorry I just re-read your first post and see the dilemma. You cannot auto submit a HubSpot form unfortunately to my knowledge.

If you’re not tied to WebinarGeek, I’d recommend looking into Zoom or GotoWebinar as an alternative which allows more seamless integration with HubSpot as well.
