I want to give some feedback about new CTAs.
We have been testing them for a while now.
First, quite a major issue for CTA is that they are barely measurable. Measuring the page CTA rate is impossible if a new CTA is added there. Hubspot doesn’t count them, also using google analytics events is not possible due to iframe setup of CTAs.
Second, it is impossible to use them with correct fonts and brand settings as they are not customizable nor follow any of the site CSS.
Now we were highlighted about new bug, we have new cta with form, once it is submitted, if visitors come back to the page, CTA is stuck loading. In general those iframes are bit slow to load.

As far as the iframes (and custom styles), they recently added an option to create an embeddable HTML CTA which will resolve both of these issues:
This option works for regular buttons, unfortunately it’s not available in combination with the new pop-up CTA.
I don’t see the button to provide CTA migration feedback, can you provide to the CTA team. We need to understand if we would be better off rebuilding vs. migrating or what. We have hundreds of legacy ctas on our website and so do our customers, so this is quite serious.
We are working on migrating all of our CTAs at orangemarketing.com following hubspots examples. Doing this to find the bugs, and get ready for sunset. Also, to help our customers migrate later, write a blog etc. Have been at this for a week. There are BUGS in the CTA migration tool which no one has mentioned:
1) it isn’t copying styles like bold copy
2) old cTA was centered, now new cta is hard left, after migrating --- we are doing all kinds of stuff to figure out what is going on.
So migration tool is buggy, will get feedback over to them but this has a bit of work still.
