Is there a way to see in the UI the externalID for engagement type CALL that the API provides?

Thanks for the interesting question. This property and its values are only available via the response from the Engagements API. To see it displayed in-app, you’d need to copy the value and store it as a custom property on the associated Objects record.

I also want to show some call engagement metadata fields in engagement UI, how can I add them. Unable to find the option. I am creating call engagement using legacy apis and associating contact with it. Sharing UI where I want to see external Id and some other fields.
Also can we add custom fields here such as call time etc.
Need help
