Given that there is no Reports functionality on the app, Hubspot will not work for my CEO who only works from his phone. Before we find a different service, is there a way to extract the following from a Ticket, automatically, every day?
Name of Ticket,
Company Associated,
Last Activity Date
I set up a recurring report message in Slack but because it doesn’t load the report in the app, my CEO won’t be able to view anything.

Have you considered sending the reports as recurring emails from HubSpot? Share or export reports and dashboards
One very basic option for reporting outside of HubSpot would be a Google Sheets linked via Zapier, for example.

Yes that is what I am doing. I setup the recurring email to automatically ping Slack but when my CEO clicks on the report, it doesn’t load in the Hubspot App (as I understand there is no reporting functionality in the app??) When he clicks to load it in his browser, he encounters a login loop and gives up. So ideally I would like to pull the relevant information for him and display it in Slack.

Correct, reporting is not included in the mobile app. I’d recommend looking into Zapier/Google Sheets for an easy, lightweight solution.

Reports can now be accessed through the mobile app (More button in bottom right corner > Reports).
