When I export a dashboard (send it via email) to forward it to someone external from Hubspot, a report that has multiple pages will only export as a screenshot of the first page. Is there a way to export this report so the external party can click through the pages?
I am aware of the CSV/XL export but it is too clunky for what I want it for.

As far as I know, this is a limitation of emailed HubSpot reports. HubSpot includes a callout at the end of the report emails:
“Some reports may not print in full. Please login to your HubSpot account to view the complete data set.”
You could:
- Increase the height of the report to allow more rows to populate on the first page
- Segment the report into smaller ones based on create date, contact type, lead status, etc.
- Depending on the data, export it from a list vs the report in case that has cleaner formatting for your use case
