I would like to have the possibility to export and extract the sequence data like email clicks, opens etc. or at least export as a report

hi! almost a year later and still looking for this info and would like the option to create an email list with this data- people who opened, didnt’t open, and such. It would be great to segment contacts based on this infomation!
Agree! Exporting a report as we can with Marketing emails is needed for Sequences.
This really is a no brainer, must have. Just an Export button on the Enrollments tab of the sequence would save me a tremendous amount of time.
This is the sort of low hanging fruit that your competitors ignore in favor of Agentic AI promises that aren’t likely to come to fruition. Don’t be those people.
How is this not a thing yet?? Having to make segments to get to this info is time consuming, it seems like it would be easy to add an export button from the Insights section or an option for opens/replies under the enrollments section. Also I see I can check contacts under enrollments w/ opens and create a static list, but when switching from page to page, it doesn’t carry over the checkboxes… so for longer lists over 100+, I’d have to make 3 different lists and then combine them?? Also, the limited sequence-related filters under Segments make it hard to determine if the contact actually opened the sequence. I can add the specific sequence and recent sales email open date but that doesn’t necessarily mean that the email opened was part of that sequence. Just seems like complicated workarounds to get to data that’s already in the performance / enrollments section without the ability to easily export it.
Hi everyone,
I’m Ana, the Product Manager for HubSpot’s Sequences tool.
At this time there are no plans to add a native export directly from the Sequences page. That said, there are a couple of workarounds available today: you can build reports using the Sequence Enrollments object, or create lists filtered by sequence enrollment data (more details and screenshots can be found in this post) — both of which can be exported.
If anything changes on our end, we’ll update this thread.
