I’d like the ability to export details from an individual sequence directly from the sequence view. Right now, I can review sequence data in Sequences, including the Performance and Enrollments views, but I don’t see a direct export option for the sequence itself.
What I’d like to export:
- Sequence name
- Enrollment status by contact
- Enrolled date
- Enrolled by user
- Latest step
- Step-by-step progress/details
- Engagement data like opens, clicks, and replies
- Company associated with each enrolled contact
Why this matters:
We need an easy way to share or analyze sequence-level data outside HubSpot without having to rebuild it manually in reporting. Being able to export directly from the individual sequence would make it easier to review performance, troubleshoot enrollments, and share updates with teammates or stakeholders.
Suggested solution:
Add an Export action on the individual sequence page, ideally on the Enrollments and/or Performance tabs, with CSV/XLSX options and a choice between exporting summary metrics, enrollment-level data, or both.
