Export Bounced List and Include Server Response Detail

It would be helpful if, when exporting a “previously hard bounced” list, there was an option to include the server response of why the address bounced.
I can see it hard bounced, but currently am forced to click on every individual address to see “550.5.2.1 The email account that you tried to reach is disabled.” I would love to see this in a spreadsheet view.

I agree, this would be very useful. At the moment, as far as I know, it’s not possible to export this.

There are two things I’d suggest:

  • While chances are low, you can try getting this export from HubSpot technical support. If you’re on a paid subscription, you can reach out to support via the options in-app.
  • You can submit a request to the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas - the product team reviews these requests based on their popularity.
